With P-UAE, you should also be able to use HDF files (hard disks images) and WHDLoad archives (most likely in LHA format) which are games installed on a hard disk through a special software. ![]() ![]() The latter will probably show you an "ATAPI drive" which is a simulated CD-Rom drive CD games on the Amiga are pretty non-existent (and I don't think there were any that would be bootable, they would rather be used from the Workbench to install them on hard disk, except for CD32 games −these should be bootable as it was a CD console). ![]() I'm not very familiar with using Amiga emulation through RetroArch (and never used a XBox) but you should use "load content" to load an ADF file, not "load disc". If you're on the screen with the hand holding a floppy (kickstart 1.3) or a drive and a multicolor checkmark (kickstart 2.0+), it means that the emulator thinks there's no floppy disk inserted on which to boot. The annoying sound is the (simulated) tick of the empty floppy drive. ![]()
